BrightWave Media is seeking a motivated and creative Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our social media and marketing efforts. As a Virtual Assistant, you will help manage and grow our online presence, assist with content creation, and provide administrative support to the marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and audience preferences.

  • Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital promotions.

  • Track and report on social media and marketing performance metrics.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as file organization, data entry, and content calendars.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, tools, and basic marketing principles.

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or virtual assistance.
