About the Role

We are looking for a Global Director for Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Startups to lead NVIDIAs worldwide engagement with the HCLS startup ecosystem. You will scale our NVIDIA Inception program—currently supporting over 4,500 healthcare and life sciences startups—by building impactful programs, leading a high-performing team, and driving deep collaboration with VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will navigate a fast-paced, matrixed organization and drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies across a global landscape of AI-powered HCLS startups.

What You will Be Doing

  • Lead a global team focused on scaling startup engagement and adoption of NVIDIA technologies across the HCLS ecosystem.

  • Design and execute scalable programs that accelerate startup success, in partnership with internal product, marketing, and developer relations teams.

  • Engage investors and startup accelerators to deepen ecosystem reach and unlock new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

  • Drive strategic and operational initiatives to continuously improve startup program outcomes, developer experience, and technology adoption.

  • Provide thought leadership within the HCLS AI startup space, identifying trends and shaping your role in the global startup community.

What We Need to See

  • 15+ years of experience in technology adoption, developer relations, startup engagement, or business development.

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.

  • MBA or Masters degree, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Deep understanding of the global healthcare and life sciences startup landscape, with an emphasis on AI and emerging technologies.

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution skills.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling global programs.

  • A broad professional network across HCLS startups, venture capital firms, and accelerators.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

  • Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing technologies.

  • Background in venture capital, startup incubation, or technical developer advocacy.

  • Familiarity with startup ecosystems across North America, Europe, and Asia.

  • Experience raising capital or founding a startup.
