Prime Assist is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Freelance Virtual Assistant to provide support in multi-tasking and scheduling activities. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at managing multiple responsibilities, balancing priorities, and ensuring smooth daily operations for teams and executives. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and providing reliable support while working remotely on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for clients and executives.

  • Handle scheduling tasks, including reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling when needed.

  • Assist in organizing workflows and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Provide administrative support such as drafting emails, preparing documents, and maintaining records.

  • Conduct basic research and compile data for reports or projects.

  • Support communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support smooth operations and client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Experience in scheduling or calendar management is an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
