Creative Edge is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Virtual Assistant – Content & Research Specialist to support our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy research, writing, and content organization, while also being highly skilled at managing administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in gathering accurate information, assisting with content development, supporting digital campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

Conduct online research on industry trends, competitors, and market data.

Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading content for blogs, social media, presentations, and reports.

Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and research databases.

Support the content team with scheduling, task coordination, and workflow management.

Summarize complex data and research findings into clear and actionable insights.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.

Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Perform general administrative tasks, including email management and calendar scheduling.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online research tools.

Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Notion, or similar) is a plus.

Experience

Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Content Assistant, or Research Specialist is preferred.
