About the Role

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support the development and expansion of our Healthcare Professional Network Delivery Hub. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across the USA, Canada, and Latin America, playing a critical part in building and optimizing our healthcare talent pipeline.

You will drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while also contributing to strategic talent initiatives, process improvements, and compliance across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
    Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for roles within the Healthcare Professional Network across the Americas region.

  • Strategic Talent Planning:
    Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, align on workforce needs, and ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes.

  • Sourcing & Talent Pool Development:
    Build, manage, and continuously evaluate candidate pipelines; implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals.

  • Data-Driven Insights:
    Track, assess, and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity) to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.

  • Process Improvement:
    Lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects such as ATS implementation, vendor management, and optimization of staffing workflows.

  • Compliance & Best Practices:
    Ensure recruitment practices align with local and regional legislation and company policies. Support HR initiatives related to compliance and diversity.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Training:
    Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interview techniques, selection processes, and candidate experience best practices.

  • Vendor & Contract Evaluation:
    Review and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.

  • Proven experience recruiting in the healthcare industry, especially with healthcare professionals.

  • Familiarity with staffing laws and compliance across USA, Canada, and LATAM.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed, cross-cultural environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in analyzing recruitment data and presenting insights to leadership.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience leading or participating in recruitment-related projects (e.g., ATS rollouts).
