Job Title: Project Lead – Inside Sales Operations (MedTech/Pharma)
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to oversee Inside Sales operations within the MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical sector. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal sales teams, driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and managing personnel-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on Sales Force operations and HR/personnel-related topics.
- Drive sales performance in alignment with project goals defined by IQVIA and the client.
- Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Managers and Representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Deliver regular reports (weekly/monthly) with actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and the client.
- Supervise the Inside Sales team, conduct performance evaluations, and manage personnel issues effectively.
- Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback to motivate and enhance team performance.
- Track representative activities, schedules, and ensure accurate reporting (e.g., call logs, sample reports).
- Communicate complex product-related information clearly and professionally in real-time conversations.
- Use data to generate insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Apply advanced listening and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize operational management tools and CRM software for reporting and oversight.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong background in inside sales or remote engagement (preferred).
- Proven experience in building, developing, and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
- Budget management and sales forecasting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
