Job Title: Project Lead – Inside Sales Operations (MedTech/Pharma)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to oversee Inside Sales operations within the MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical sector. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal sales teams, driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and managing personnel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client on Sales Force operations and HR/personnel-related topics.
  • Drive sales performance in alignment with project goals defined by IQVIA and the client.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Managers and Representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Deliver regular reports (weekly/monthly) with actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and the client.
  • Supervise the Inside Sales team, conduct performance evaluations, and manage personnel issues effectively.
  • Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback to motivate and enhance team performance.
  • Track representative activities, schedules, and ensure accurate reporting (e.g., call logs, sample reports).
  • Communicate complex product-related information clearly and professionally in real-time conversations.
  • Use data to generate insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Apply advanced listening and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize operational management tools and CRM software for reporting and oversight.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong background in inside sales or remote engagement (preferred).
  • Proven experience in building, developing, and coaching high-performing sales teams.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Budget management and sales forecasting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
  • Skilled in resolving conflicts and handling personnel matters with professionalism.
  • Committed to ongoing professional growth and staying current with industry best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across teams.
