Job Description: Field Sales & Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned service and sales targets by executing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to regional needs.
  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to optimize business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles and call activity records using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and contribute to overall team objectives.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product and service knowledge.
  • Prioritize and organize daily activities to align with business goals and target customer engagement.
  • Leverage strong customer engagement techniques—asking insightful questions to understand needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Accurately complete and submit required documentation, including timekeeping, call reports, expenses, and sample activity.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations (federal, state, local), particularly around promotional programs and sample handling.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
