Role: Physician Assistant Clinical Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Physician Assistant Clinical Specialist (PA-C) to join a leading medical device manufacturer. In this dynamic and field-based role, you’ll play a key part in supporting surgical teams, sales representatives, and healthcare providers by offering expert procedural knowledge and product insights.

This is an exciting opportunity for a PA with extensive operating room experience and deep clinical expertise in specialties such as Urology, ENT, Plastics, Emergency Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Observe surgical procedures and provide in-depth clinical support and procedural education to sales teams and healthcare professionals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the company’s surgical product portfolio across assigned specialties.
  • Lead and facilitate professional education programs for internal staff and external healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and sales to support clinical strategies and procedural innovations.
  • Input activity data and lead generation insights into the company’s CRM system accurately and timely.
  • Participate in major medical conferences to represent the company and its offerings.
  • Educate and support the field sales organization to enhance product and procedural knowledge.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Minimum 7 years of operating room experience in one or more of the following areas: Urology, ENT, Plastics, Emergency Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics
  • Military clinical experience will be considered
  • Strong understanding of surgical protocols and environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a technical acumen suitable for high-level hospital interactions
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a matrixed organization
  • Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to pass a background check
  • Willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the designated region
