As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various functions including production planning, logistics, procurement, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured rotational program across core operational areas such as planning, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

Assist in developing and implementing process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Support daily supply chain and logistics activities ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Analyze data related to production, inventory, and supply chain performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with procurement teams to maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely availability of materials.

Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to ongoing projects.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on operational performance and project outcomes.

Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and sustainability projects within operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Good understanding of supply chain concepts, production processes, and inventory management.
Experience:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain are encouraged to apply.

Internship experience in manufacturing or supply chain management will be considered an added advantage.

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
