Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured rotational training program across key financial domains such as accounting, budgeting, internal audit, taxation, and corporate finance.

Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support business decision-making.

Work with finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial planning and budgetary control.

Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with Bosch’s global financial policies and statutory regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to analyze cost structures and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.

Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy of financial records.

Gain exposure to digital financial tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data-driven financial management techniques.

Contribute to strategic financial projects including automation, process optimization, and sustainability reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is an advantage.

Experience:

Standard business hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
