As a Marketing Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training and rotational assignments across various marketing domains — including brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, market research, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive marketing rotation program covering brand development, product positioning, digital communication, and customer analytics.

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

  • Collaborate with the brand and product marketing teams to develop creative strategies for increasing market visibility and consumer engagement.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

  • Assist in developing marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content aligned with Bosch’s brand identity.

  • Work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.

  • Contribute to the digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, and content marketing.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and brand loyalty.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.

  • Strong passion for marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and insights.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or digital campaign platforms is a plus.

  • Creativity and strategic thinking with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global business environment.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn emerging trends in marketing and technology.


Experience:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communication are encouraged to apply.

  • Internship experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media will be considered an advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Full-Time Role

  • Standard business hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

  • Flexibility may be required for campaign events, product launches, or promotional activities.
