Bosch Group is seeking ambitious and client-focused individuals to join our Business Management Trainee Program in the Client Relations Department. As a Business Management Trainee – Client Relations, you will gain hands-on exposure to strategic account management, client engagement, sales operations, and business communication. The program combines classroom learning, real-world projects, and mentorship from senior professionals to help you understand how Bosch builds and maintains strong, long-term client relationships globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Relations and Business Development teams in managing existing client accounts and developing new partnerships.

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand business requirements and propose tailored solutions.

  • Assist in preparing client proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities for client growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, finance, and operations — to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed client records, reports, and communication logs using CRM software.

  • Monitor client feedback and assist in implementing improvement strategies to enhance customer experience.

  • Contribute to the preparation of business performance reports and strategic reviews for senior management.

  • Take part in business process improvement initiatives and cross-functional training sessions to broaden operational understanding.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong professional relationships.

  • High level of motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.


Experience:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, business development, or account management are encouraged to apply.

  • Internship or academic experience in corporate relations or sales support will be advantageous.


Working Hours:

  • Full-Time Position

  • Standard business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional flexibility required for client calls, events, or international time zones.
