Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick items by reviewing work orders and matching item numbers and locations

Use printed pick sheets (no RF scanners) to locate and retrieve products

Occasionally utilize a company computer to check order details or product locations

Handle up to 100 orders daily during peak seasons, requiring extended periods of standing and movement

Use ladders to access higher shelves and regularly lift items weighing 15–30 lbs

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order-picking process

Operate a walkie rider (training provided) and be comfortable working at heights
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Entry-level experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or production

Familiarity with packing, inventory management, and general warehouse procedures

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
