As a Data Science Associate, you will work on real-time datasets, support analytics projects, and contribute to building data-driven solutions that empower clients to make informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Assist in building predictive models and machine learning algorithms under supervision.

  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers.

  • Document methodologies, processes, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and analytical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.

  • Basic understanding of data analytics, machine learning concepts, and statistical techniques.

  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical methods.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Experience:

  • Fresh graduates (2023, 2024, or 2025 batch) are eligible.

  • Prior academic projects, internships, or certifications in data science or analytics are advantageous but not mandatory.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time role with standard business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday).

  • Flexibility may be required based on project deadlines and client requirements.

  • Work location may be on-site, remote, or hybrid, depending on project allocation and Accenture policies.

  • Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning fundamentals.
