Job Title: Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to join our medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce medical nails and screws, as well as performing packaging duties within a cleanroom environment. This position offers the opportunity to focus on either machine operation or packaging, depending on your skills and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to manufacture precision medical nails and screws.
- Load metal rods into machines, requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Perform packaging of medical devices in a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Operate packaging and labeling machines; prepare products for quality control and final shipment.
- Follow safety and quality standards to ensure compliance with medical manufacturing regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in machine operation or packaging in a production setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment.
- Familiarity with general assembly and production workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply – training is provided.
- Knowledge of ISO 8/9 Cleanroom protocols, particularly in sterile packaging environments, is a plus.
