Role: Senior Product Manager – Advertising Creatives Platform
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the next wave of innovation in our Advertising Creatives platform. In this role, you will help shape a critical, complex problem space—building scalable infrastructure, enabling new ad formats, and streamlining creative workflows. Your work will directly power our ability to deliver cutting-edge advertising solutions at scale.
What You will Do:

Own and prioritize high-impact areas within the Advertising Creatives ecosystem in partnership with other PMs and cross-functional teams.

Drive the design and rollout of scalable, modular infrastructure for creative moderation, labeling, transcoding, and publishing.

Lead initiatives that incorporate machine learning, especially in content understanding (image, video, and text analysis), to automate and enhance creative workflows.

Identify and implement automation opportunities to boost workflow efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Translate business goals into clear, actionable product roadmaps and deliver impactful features through iterative development.

Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit.

Define and measure success using data-driven KPIs and continuous feedback loops.

Champion the product vision across the organization, encouraging collaboration and a shared sense of purpose.

Navigate ambiguity confidently, bringing structure and clarity to evolving priorities.
What We are Looking For:

7+ years of Product Management experience with a strong record of launching and scaling infrastructure or platform products.

Deep knowledge of Ad Tech, particularly creative workflows, ad formats, and content distribution.

Practical experience working with machine learning teams—especially around content moderation, classification, and analysis.

Proven ability to drive automation in creative or high-volume operational environments.

Skilled collaborator, able to work across teams and functions to align around common goals.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into detailed, executable roadmaps.

Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to change.

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
