Product Manager, Media Planning & Workflow – Ads Platform

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead our media planning and order workflow ecosystem. This is a critical role focused on building a world-class, scalable ad tech stack that supports business growth and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that support end-to-end campaign execution—from planning and pricing to delivery and billing—across both Direct IO and Programmatic channels.

What You will Do

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for media planning and workflow systems.
  • Drive product development from ideation through execution, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build scalable, user-centric solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration across key systems including planning, forecasting, pricing, delivery, and billing.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Ad Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Policy to build compliant and business-aligned solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives by balancing immediate business needs with long-term strategic goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on media planning and campaign execution, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

What We are Looking For

  • 8+ years of product management experience in ad tech or digital media, with a focus on enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, particularly workflows for Direct IO and Programmatic buying.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Mediaocean and Prisma is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive product vision and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Ability to align diverse stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
