Job Title: Rotational Sales & Distribution Associate
Primary Responsibilities:
As a participant in our 24-month Rotational Program, you will engage in a structured curriculum and on-the-job experiences designed to provide exposure to a wide range of skills, tools, and functional areas within the Sales & Distribution organization. Your journey will include a core role in the Direct-to-Consumer Sales organization, along with two six-month rotations in other departments, providing a comprehensive understanding of our business. Key responsibilities include:
Program Development & Learning:

Gain deep industry knowledge and understanding of healthcare solutions.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Drive sales and enrollments by effectively managing inbound inquiries from prospects and members interested in UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions.

Convert inbound calls into successful sales opportunities.
-
Manage outbound calls and participate in special campaign initiatives for the assigned region.

Conduct needs analyses across diverse consumer populations to recommend optimal plan/product solutions.

Sell across multiple product sets and generate leads for the most appropriate sales channels.
Training & Compliance:

Successfully complete the UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire Training Program.

Demonstrate proficiency and application of training materials in daily operations.
Program Features:

Accelerate your career by participating in a Sales Rotational Program designed to foster skill development and growth.

Complete two six-month rotations outside of Direct-to-Consumer Sales (March – August) in areas such as Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Workforce Management, and Business Development.

Complete two six-month Direct-to-Consumer Sales-specific rotations (September – February) executing telephonic inbound sales.

Complete a two-month foundational training program (June – July of Year 1).

Collaborate with experienced professionals, mentors, and sales leaders throughout the program.

Build relationships with peers in the rotational program to expand your professional network.

Gain practical experience through project assignments in critical areas of the business.
