Sales Development Program – 18-Month Career Accelerator

Program Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle primarily inbound calls—no door-to-door sales.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective members, assess their needs, and convert callers into qualified leads and sales.
  • Actively listen and ask targeted questions to understand customer needs while accurately documenting all required information in our systems.
  • Leverage product knowledge to guide prospects through product options, helping them select the solution that best meets their needs.
  • Conduct outbound calls when necessary to follow up on inquiries or reach out to current members regarding new products or services.
  • Assist prospects with completing enrollment applications over the phone, ensuring accuracy and compliance with product and enrollment guidelines.
  • Meet established performance, attendance, and customer experience goals.
  • Maintain licensure, appointments, and annual product certifications as required for the role.
