Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automated test systems for complex electronic products.

  • Create intuitive graphical user interfaces (GUIs) to control and monitor test environments.

  • Automate testing procedures using NI TestStand and LabVIEW.

  • Collaborate with the PCB assembly test department to ensure seamless integration and testing processes.

  • Actively contribute to project meetings and daily stand-ups, providing technical insights and updates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in developing and automating test systems for complex electronics.

  • Proficient in scripting for test automation using NI TestStand, NI LabVIEW, and Python.

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.

Desirable Qualifications & Attributes

  • Minimum HNC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

  • Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and techniques.

  • Familiarity with analogue and digital circuit design fundamentals.

  • Experience with boundary scan tools, ideally X-JTAG.

  • Proficient in using NI-MAX for configuration and instrument driver integration.

  • Fast learner with a flexible and adaptable mindset.

  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
