Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse data to support effective project controls and reporting.

  • Track project progress by maintaining close communication with project teams and support functions.

  • Support timely task completion by identifying blockers and expediting actions as needed.

  • Attend production planning meetings to assist in prioritising manufacturing tasks and resolving project issues.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans using a variety of project management tools.

  • Develop and manage work breakdown structures and integrate contract data into business systems.

  • Foster effective collaboration between engineering and manufacturing teams.

  • Produce cost-to-completion reports and other key project management deliverables.

  • Manage small-scale or non-technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting information.

  • A collaborative team player with enthusiasm, motivation, and the ability to influence others.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.

  • Previous experience in a project management or project support office environment.

  • Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.

  • Experience in subcontractor management is a plus.

  • APM Introductory Certificate is desirable — training can be provided to help you gain this qualification.

Additional Information

  • Occasional UK travel may be required.
