As a Workplace Experience Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Schneider Electric—creating a welcoming, safe, and seamless environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This dynamic role blends hospitality, facilities coordination, and customer service to enhance day-to-day workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, manage visitor access, and support new employee onboarding.
  • Ensure floor-level excellence, including meeting room setups, kitchen upkeep, and supply management.
  • Conduct safety checks and act as First Aider, Fire Marshal, and Security Coordinator.
  • Support events, wellness programs, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide basic AV/tech support and maintain digital signage content.
  • Coordinate contractors, manage facility requests, and support audits.

What You will Need

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or facilities.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic tech troubleshooting.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on quality service.
