What You will Do

This is a hands-on, rotational HR role embedded in our high-performing HR team. Over the course of the two-year programme, you will:

• Gain exposure to all areas of HR including:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Employee Relations

  • Learning & Development

• Support day-to-day HR operations including:

  • Maintaining and creating employee records

  • Drafting contracts and HR documentation

  • Assisting with internal systems, reporting and policy development

• Work alongside HR professionals and business leaders across departments

• Study towards a CIPD qualification, supported by our experienced team

• Contribute to real projects that directly support our mission to deliver world championship-winning performance

What You will Need

• A 2:1 or above in Human Resources, Business Studies, or a related discipline

• A genuine interest in HR and a desire to build a long-term career in the field

• Eligibility to work in the UK
