What You will Do
This is a hands-on, rotational HR role embedded in our high-performing HR team. Over the course of the two-year programme, you will:

Gain exposure to all areas of HR including:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Compensation & Benefits
-
Employee Relations
-
Learning & Development
-

Support day-to-day HR operations including:
-
Maintaining and creating employee records
-
Drafting contracts and HR documentation
-
Assisting with internal systems, reporting and policy development

Work alongside HR professionals and business leaders across departments

Study towards a CIPD qualification, supported by our experienced team

Contribute to real projects that directly support our mission to deliver world championship-winning performance

What You will Need

A 2:1 or above in Human Resources, Business Studies, or a related discipline
