Role Overview:
Join our team and play a critical role in assembling meticulously engineered and precision machined power unit components ensuring flawless execution and consistent quality. Without your expertise in this function, the power unit as we know it today simply would not come to life. Please note, this role does not involve designing power unit components.
What You will Do:
- Work agilely and swiftly as we innovate tools, processes, and products to meet the new Power Unit regulations for the 2026 championship season.
- Develop your CAD skills using Siemens NX and engage with our Faults System to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with multiple divisions including Automation, Engine Build, Project Management, and Product Design.
- Partner with Project Management and Engine Build teams to map every Power Unit component—from the Bill of Materials to assembly kits—ensuring smooth coordination for parts picking and assembly.
- Contribute to building Internal Combustion Engines, Electric Machines, and Battery Packs by driving improvements in tools and processes.
