Assembly Apprentice
As an Assembly Apprentice, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team that powers our continued success in Formula 1. You will learn to assemble and disassemble precision components in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the highest quality standards to ensure we remain in the best possible position to compete and win F1 World Championships.

What We Offer
This apprenticeship provides the opportunity to work and learn simultaneously, achieving your Level 4 Advanced Apprenticeship while gaining invaluable real-world experience.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed the skills and knowledge to:
- Assemble engine and hybrid system (ERS – Energy Recovery System) components into sub-assemblies and complete power units.
- Disassemble power unit components to support failure investigations and performance analysis.
- Ensure all assembled components meet strict specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with departments such as Quality and Engineering to ensure optimal product development.
- Adhere to, create, and maintain standard operating procedures for assembly and related processes.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement activities to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency.
