Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat platforms.

Handle customer queries, requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.

Provide detailed information about products, services, billing, or technical assistance as required.

Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wipro’s services, policies, and client-specific procedures.

Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 or Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Strong typing speed (minimum 35–40 words per minute) with high accuracy.

Good understanding of email and chat etiquette, tone, and grammar.

Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat or email conversations simultaneously.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in responses.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote operations.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or chat/email support is an advantage but not mandatory.

Comprehensive training will be provided for all selected candidates.
Working Hours:

Flexible Work From Home schedule with rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night shifts).

5-day work week with two rotational weekly offs.

Shift timings may vary depending on the project and client requirements.

Candidates must be open to working weekends or holidays, if required.
