About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the design and development of exceptional user experiences across our payments and commerce platform. You will architect scalable, high-performance frontend systems that power products used by millions, partnering closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver intuitive and reliable experiences across web and mobile.
What You will Do

Architect and build modern, customer-facing frontend applications—covering payment flows, checkout, merchant dashboards, subscriptions, invoicing, and loyalty features.

Drive frontend architecture and set best practices around performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to create cohesive, high-quality user experiences.

Lead frontend strategy by contributing to shared design systems, SDKs, and component libraries.

Integrate seamlessly with backend systems for payment routing, fraud prevention, and financial ledgers.

Mentor and guide engineers through technical design, code reviews, and collaborative programming.
Who You Are

8+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, or equivalent modern frameworks.

Proven ability to build secure, performant, and scalable web applications serving large user bases.

Experience designing and implementing complex financial or commerce interfaces.

Comfortable integrating frontend apps with real-time APIs and backend services.

Strong product and UX sensibility, with a focus on user-centered design and usability.

Experience with mobile SDKs or payment UIs (e.g., checkout flows, tokenized wallets).
