Your Role
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for IT-related inquiries, supporting hardware, software, and infrastructure needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimizing IT processes
- Recording, classifying, and processing service requests in the ticket system
- Ensuring service level agreements are met
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in computer science or equivalent experience in system administration
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
- Analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented mindset
- German language proficiency at C1 level
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for IT support tasks
- Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Adaptability regarding location and working hours
