Tire & Battery Technician

  • Collaborate with team members to complete sales and service requests.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards, tire and battery industry guidelines, and service procedures.

  • Operate and maintain equipment, including Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).

  • Use Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and apply both phone and in-person selling techniques.

  • Stay informed on product specifications and seasonal service needs.

Be a Techie

  • Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve service quality, and enhance engagement.

  • Make real-time business decisions based on service data, safety alerts, and product updates.

  • Embrace and promote new technology to streamline operations and improve the member experience.

Be an Owner

  • Communicate supply, tool, and equipment needs to TBC Leads.

  • Manage inventory, track special orders, process returns, and handle transactions accurately.

  • Maintain safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards.

  • Report safety hazards, complaints, or equipment issues promptly.

  • Assist members with purchases and help resolve concerns effectively.

  • Represent Sam’s Club by delivering outstanding service and quality products.
