What You’ll Do

Lead innovation in multilingual AI: Design, develop, and evaluate advanced machine learning systems for translation, localization, contextualization, and personalization.

Drive applied research: Explore cutting-edge techniques in NLP and multilingual modeling, with opportunities to publish or patent your work.

Build scalable infrastructure: Develop robust, high-performance data pipelines for real-time and batch use cases across global markets.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define strategies and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions from concept to production.

Mentor and guide: Support and inspire fellow data scientists and engineers through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
What You’ll Bring

Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.

Technical expertise: Proven success in developing and deploying large-scale ML systems with measurable impact.

Deep NLP experience: Hands-on experience with sequence-to-sequence modeling using Transformers or LLMs, ideally for multilingual or speech-related tasks.

Tooling proficiency: Strong experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Multilingual fluency: Fluency in English and either Hindi or Mandarin.

End-to-end ownership: Demonstrated ability to take ML projects from research and prototyping through deployment, with a passion for mentoring others.
