Fresher Jobs is seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Remote Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram. Key Responsibilities:

Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices to ensure optimal content performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts for a brand, influencer, or agency.

Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite).

Exceptional video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).

Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging, original ideas.

Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and content optimization.

Experience:

2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably for lifestyle, tech, or recruitment-related brands.
