Fresher Jobs is seeking an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js) to join our growing technology team on a full-time remote contract across the USA. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).

Implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces with reusable React components and modern UI frameworks.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to support front-end functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA, and DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for web-based products.

Manage database design, schema, and queries (preferably using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).

Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high code quality standards.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven hands-on experience in full-stack JavaScript development with strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSocket architectures.

Proficiency with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.

Strong knowledge of database systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) and data modeling principles.

Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker).

Strong understanding of security principles, authentication, and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.
Experience:

3–6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

Proven experience building and deploying production-ready applications using React.js and Node.js.

Previous experience in a remote or distributed work environment is preferred.

Experience with SaaS, tech startups, or agile teams is an added advantage.
Working Hours:

Flexible working hours with overlap in EST or PST time zones for team meetings and collaboration.
