Key Responsibilities:
Membership Support & Sales:

Promote the value of Membership and Company products and services.

Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.

Participate in sales and marketing events to achieve Membership goals.
Safety & Facility Maintenance:
-
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Conduct safety sweeps, follow proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and comply with Company steel standards.

Report and correct unsafe situations promptly.
Order Fulfillment:
-
Complete Member orders for Fax and Pull and Click and Pull services.
-
Review orders, pull items, scan, wrap, palletize, and secure merchandise.
-
Ensure order accuracy, track out-of-stock items, and meet Member needs.
Work Execution & Collaboration:

Manage work assignments using policies, data, and resources effectively.

Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and other business partners.

Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.

Adapt to change, challenges, and feedback while continuously learning.
Member Service & Compliance:

Provide exceptional Member service by acknowledging, assisting, and resolving Member needs and concerns.

Promote Company products and services in line with policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Utilize the Open Door Policy to address concerns and execute business processes effectively.
