Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and documentation.

  • Basic understanding of administrative procedures, data entry, and record management.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.

  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, Asana, or CRM software is an advantage.


Experience:

  • Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

  • Remote and flexible work schedule.

  • Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).

  • Occasional weekend work may be required during peak operations.

  • Flexibility available for part-time and full-time arrangements.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent multitasking and coordination abilities.

  • Knowledge of data management systems and file organization methods.

  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or invoicing is a plus.
