StoryMirror is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst / BI Reporting Associate (Work From Home) to join our dynamic and data-driven team. In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and visualize data, helping improve operational efficiency and identify new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).

Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely data-driven solutions.

Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business planning and performance tracking.

Create visualizations and summaries that make complex data easy to understand.

Work closely with management to assist in strategy formulation based on analytical findings.

Automate repetitive data tasks and ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management review.

Support ad hoc analysis and data requests from different departments.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros) and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and visualization techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Experience:

0–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.

Freshers with strong analytical and technical skills are encouraged to apply.
