In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver flawless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.

Identify, record, and track bugs through appropriate tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.

Perform functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing to ensure product stability and reliability.

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans.

Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger to verify backend functionalities.

Write and execute Selenium, Cypress, or Appium scripts for automation testing.

Validate user interfaces for responsiveness, usability, and consistency across devices and browsers.

Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test scripts, and results for quality assurance reporting.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of the agile development process.

Recommend improvements to testing processes and contribute to enhancing overall product quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management process.

Proficiency in manual testing techniques and familiarity with automation frameworks.

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Appium, or TestNG.

Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).

Basic understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for scripting automation tests.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Asana.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to report bugs clearly and effectively.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Experience:

0–3 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).

Fresh graduates with solid academic knowledge of testing methodologies and automation frameworks are encouraged to apply.

Internship or project experience in testing web or mobile applications will be an added advantage.

Fully remote position – work from anywhere.

Flexible hours with availability for team meetings and project discussions during core business hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST).
