You’ll lead projects that streamline how we work, inspire teams to embrace change, and use data-driven insights to make a real impact on our associates, customers, and communities.
What You will Do
Drive Process Excellence

Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using tools like 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and Time & Motion Studies.

Identify and eliminate operational losses across the Distribution Center through Walmart Performance System (WPS) programs.

Use KPIs and data analysis to track progress, reduce process variation, and create sustainable, standard work practices.

Collaborate with leaders to apply Walmart’s “One Best Way” practices and share ideas for network-wide improvements.
Lead and Inspire Teams

Partner with Area and Department Managers to deliver results and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Mentor associates by providing coaching, development opportunities, and recognition for great work.

Build high-performing, inclusive teams where everyone feels valued, supported, and connected.
Make an Impact

Execute cost-saving and efficiency projects that remove waste from operations.

Support the rollout and adoption of WPS programs to ensure consistent improvement and capability building.
