About the Role

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager who’s passionate about innovation, digital experiences, and driving meaningful customer impact. In this role, you’ll shape the future of our omnichannel ecosystem — designing products, tools, and site experiences that make shopping simple, engaging, and delightful for millions of customers.

You’ll own product discovery, lead strategic roadmaps, and collaborate across marketing, category, and analytics teams to bring new ideas to life — all while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.

What You’ll Do

Product Management & Innovation

  • Identify customer problems, unmet needs, and emerging business opportunities.

  • Lead product discovery processes — from iteration and feedback loops to backlog management.

  • Design and communicate clear, phased product roadmaps that align with business goals.

  • Analyze performance data and trends to inform decisions and inspire improvements.

  • Transform customer feedback into intuitive, easy-to-use products and tools.

Site Structure & SEO

  • Partner with analytics and consumer insights teams to strengthen site performance.

  • Optimize taxonomy, structure, and SEO strategies to drive discoverability and engagement.

  • Monitor search rankings, landing page relevance, and keyword performance for continuous improvement.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Use analytics and predictive modeling to understand customer behavior and market shifts.

  • Leverage competitor and industry insights to shape future site and category strategies.

  • Develop new tools and models that turn complex data into actionable strategies.

Campaigns & Launches

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign and product launch planning.

  • Collaborate across Marketing, Merchandising, and other business units to maximize impact.

  • Evaluate campaign performance and share insights that drive stronger future results.

Category & Strategy Management

  • Define and execute category strategies that align with overall business objectives.

  • Apply economic, market, and customer insights to make data-driven strategic decisions.

  • Build flexible business models that prepare teams for future growth and innovation.

Partnerships & Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that connect strategy, product, and customer experience.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, open feedback, and shared success across teams.

Site Experience

  • Develop site merchandising and visual strategies that bring our categories to life.

  • Champion site optimization by leveraging analytics, design best practices, and customer feedback.

Reporting & Insights

  • Use tools like SQL and Tableau to build powerful reports and visualizations.

  • Turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inspire decisions and action.
