Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitive research on institutional Futures products, APIs, fee structures, and related offerings to help the team stay ahead of market trends and maintain a strong competitive position.

Client Support & Demand Response: Provide timely support to institutional clients by addressing inquiries, tracking request progress, and delivering clear feedback to enhance overall client satisfaction and experience.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between product and technical teams to resolve system, data, and API-related issues encountered by institutional clients, ensuring smooth business operations.

Documentation & Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain business requirement documents and client-facing support materials. Regularly update documentation, and track common issues and resolutions to optimize support workflows and improve team efficiency.
