Seamless Onboarding: Guide clients through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they have a top-tier experience with Binance’s platform and services.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to enhance client-facing processes and contribute innovative ideas to elevate Binance’s VIP offerings.

Market Insight: Analyze regional market trends to uncover growth opportunities and design strategic approaches for client acquisition.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services within the financial services industry, such as wealth management, retail banking, investment advisory, or brokerage.

Relationship Management: Proven success in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.

Sales & Communication Skills: Strong sales acumen and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varying client needs and perform under pressure.

Passion for Crypto: A deep passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology; prior experience in the crypto space is a strong advantage.

Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to coordinate effectively with international partners and stakeholders.
