Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, including institutional clients and high net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

  • Deepen client relationships by understanding their needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the VIP team’s offerings and services.

  • Contribute to the optimization of customer service processes and overall team management.

  • Conduct regional market analysis and collaborate with local teams to uncover potential opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or client services, preferably within international financial services, fintech, or investment sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of financial products; familiarity with derivatives is a plus.

  • Experience with trading platforms and understanding of basic market dynamics are advantageous.

  • Established network of clients, including institutional clients, HNWIs, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing team requirements.

  • Strong connections within the crypto community (KOLs, Community Leads, BDs, etc.) are a plus.

  • Passion for cryptocurrency; prior industry experience is advantageous.

  • Bilingual in English and Korean to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
