Responsibilities:

Build and nurture trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients, including global institutional and VIP clients.

Expand and deepen existing client relationships through consistent communication and a strong understanding of their needs.

Develop and implement key customer service processes and systems, establish management guidelines, and monitor the status of key accounts.

Analyze client behavior to identify hidden needs, prepare detailed key account reports, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal client solutions and product feedback.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting clear sales KPIs and success in customer acquisition or origination.

Proficiency in CRM tools and experience managing client data effectively.

Ability to work independently within a sales team and coordinate with regional sales teams; experience hosting or attending events to attract new clients is a plus.

3–5 years of professional experience in sales and client services, preferably within an international financial environment (banking, investments, FX sales).

Experience managing client portfolios including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), proprietary trading firms, private banks, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to diverse situations and the ability to perform under pressure.

Strong interest in cryptocurrency; prior industry experience is advantageous.

Fluency in English is required for coordination with international partners and stakeholders; additional language skills are a plus.
