About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our global institutional and VIP clients. You’ll be the go-to partner for key accounts, driving engagement, uncovering opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with major clients, expanding existing accounts through consistent communication and insight.

  • Develop and streamline key account processes, monitor client satisfaction, and ensure top-tier service.

  • Analyze client behavior, identify hidden needs, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.

  • Collaborate across departments to deliver optimal solutions and share valuable product feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales or client services, ideally in banking, investments, FX sales, or international finance.

  • Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and achieving sales KPIs.

  • Experience with CRM tools and working autonomously within sales teams.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is a bonus.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
