About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our global institutional and VIP clients. You’ll be the go-to partner for key accounts, driving engagement, uncovering opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.
What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain trusted relationships with major clients, expanding existing accounts through consistent communication and insight.

Develop and streamline key account processes, monitor client satisfaction, and ensure top-tier service.

Analyze client behavior, identify hidden needs, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.

Collaborate across departments to deliver optimal solutions and share valuable product feedback.
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years’ experience in sales or client services, ideally in banking, investments, FX sales, or international finance.

Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and achieving sales KPIs.

Experience with CRM tools and working autonomously within sales teams.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Passion for crypto; industry experience is a bonus.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
