Responsibilities:

Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients, including global institutional and VIP clients.

Deepen engagement with existing clients through ongoing communication and a strong understanding of their needs.

Develop and optimize key customer service processes, implement management protocols, and monitor client status.

Analyze client behavior, uncover hidden needs, prepare detailed key client reports, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored service solutions.
Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in sales or client services within international financial institutions, banking, or investment sectors.

Proven experience managing portfolios including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private banking clients, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.

Exceptional communication, relationship management, and sales skills; ability to adapt in diverse situations and perform under pressure.

Strong interest in cryptocurrency; prior industry experience is a plus.

Fluency in English; proficiency in a native language is preferred.
