Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new global and local payment partners across LATAM.

  • Leverage strong commercial and industry knowledge to negotiate business terms and onboard new partners.

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with global and local fiat partners, including contract negotiation and channel onboarding.

  • Take full ownership of the regional fiat business, collaborating closely with internal teams (operations, product, compliance) and external stakeholders, including regulators.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and payment providers, while overseeing regulatory and licensing matters.

  • Oversee regional fiat operations to ensure reliable, high-quality on/off-ramp services.

  • Lead initiatives to drive local fiat adoption, new user growth, and broader business development efforts.

  • Stay deeply connected to the local community and track industry and competitor trends to refine product, marketing, and operational strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales.

  • Data-savvy, with a strong understanding of marketing, product, and operational metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

  • Genuine passion for crypto, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies.

  • Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, Crypto, or Web3 is highly advantageous.

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to work effectively with international partners, stakeholders, and customers.
