Responsibilities:

  • Gain deep insights into the needs and behaviors of VIP customers, leveraging user research and data analysis.

  • Design and implement end-to-end user experiences tailored to VIP customers, ensuring a premium and seamless journey.

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for VIP customer segments, prioritizing initiatives that maximize engagement and satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain VIP users, optimizing lifecycle value.

  • Support sourcing, negotiating, and managing large-scale partnerships to drive user growth and transaction volume on the Gulf Binance platform.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives successfully and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Thai, with the ability to read and verify foreign IDs/passports for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in relationship management or VIP client management is highly desirable.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership; able to formulate strategies and execute plans independently.

  • Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and technology, with an ability to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing and partner-facing interactions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • User-focused, data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to design and analyze key metrics dashboards.
