Responsibilities

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources related to the .com product ecosystem.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key product metrics and user behavior.
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support product experiments, feature launches, and performance evaluations.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
Ensure data quality and integrity by validating sources and analysis outcomes.
Present insights and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support the team in defining and tracking KPIs aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in digital products, e-commerce, or Web3 environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalents.
Understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
