Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end data responsibilities, from engineering and processing to building advanced visualizations, machine learning models, and experiments.

Analyze and interpret large-scale (PB-level) transactional, operational, and customer datasets using both proprietary and open-source tools.

Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and clear visualizations for operational teams and executives.

Identify trends and patterns in Latin American markets and propose strategic action plans to operations and marketing teams.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where rapid delivery and time-to-market are critical.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences).

3–5 years of professional experience in analytics or data science roles.

Self-motivated team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, analytical software, data models, and programming languages.

Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills to uncover trends, analyze patterns, and communicate complex findings in simple, actionable terms.

Prior consulting or business transformation experience (internal or client-facing) is a plus.

Passion for emerging technologies, including Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI.
