As an IT Planning & Operations Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Adobe’s IT portfolio strategy. You will partner closely with portfolio managers, data analysts, and business operations leaders to drive the successful delivery of innovative digital business solutions across the organization.
What You’ll Do

Establish and maintain effective portfolio governance to ensure resources are aligned with strategic priorities.

Develop prioritization frameworks that help teams evaluate, rank, and adapt key business outcomes and opportunities.

Implement lean portfolio management practices that enable rapid adjustment when high-value opportunities emerge.

Support the creation of predictive risk models to identify issues early and recommend mitigation strategies.

Produce portfolio reporting and insights—including health metrics and trend analysis—for the CIO and leadership teams.
What You Need to Succeed
We’re looking for individuals who bring fresh perspectives, strong analytical thinking, and excellent collaboration skills. Ideal candidates will have:

A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Information Systems; advanced degree candidates graduating between Dec 2025 and June 2026 are welcome.

Practical exposure to program or portfolio management, IT, consulting, or data science (preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.

Experience in data-driven storytelling—turning complex information into clear, executive-ready insights.

Strong ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to meet key deadlines.

Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional partners toward shared goals without formal authority.

Demonstrated success collaborating across teams and organizational levels.

Familiarity with SQL, Python, PowerBI, REST APIs, and PPM tools such as Workfront, Jira, or ServiceNow (a plus).
