We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transformation Program Manager to lead complex, multi-team initiatives that advance Adobe’s strategic priorities. In this role, you will own day-to-day program orchestration, drive program and track cadences, and partner closely with senior program managers and leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes. This position requires strong execution discipline, change leadership, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working across Adobe.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution

Lead scoped transformation workstreams—plan, sequence, and track milestones; manage interdependencies; and raise risks with clear mitigation strategies.

Establish and run governance rituals such as standups, Scrum of Scrums, sprint reviews, release readiness reviews, and risk/issue reviews.

Maintain high-quality program artifacts including roadmaps, RAIDs, dashboards, and status reports.
Change Management & Adoption

Partner with change managers and business owners to drive adoption of new workflows, tools, and operating models.

Track change effectiveness and measure value realization across business functions.
Stakeholder & Executive Communication

Create crisp, executive-ready updates summarizing progress, decisions, risks, and recommendations.

Influence without authority and align stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Data-Driven Delivery

Use KPIs, OKRs, quality gates, and analytics to guide decision-making, improve execution, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or technical leadership within software or technology industries.

Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.

Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Lean) and program governance.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.

Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and Adobe Cloud; experience with digital transformation programs preferred.

Hands-on experience with Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI (or equivalent tools).

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline required; advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.
